The Villa comfortably hosts up to 10 people, which makes it ideal for smaller gatherings where you actually want to talk to everyone there. A Few Good-to-Knows
A quick note or two: alcohol isn't permitted on public beaches, so plan your refreshments with that in mind. We can help coordinate catering, and any required permits are the renter's responsibility, though we're happy to assist. Need to reschedule? Cancellations with at least 72 hours' notice earn a credit toward a future booking.
