Scheduling & Packages
Select a date and time that works for the entire team, and confirm availability with The Beach Oasis for your event. Consider whether a day time event or evening event makes more sense, depending on the occasion or celebration. Consider what cabanas or lounges would make the most sense for your event.

Select Your Location
Consider locations with ample parking, corporate event friendly permitting policies, affordable special event permits, and beautiful beaches! Think about accessibility and what beaches might be more convenient to access for your guests. Many of our corporate events take place in Santa Monica or at Dockweiler.

Confirm Your Reservation
Once you have all of the information you need, like event date, start time & end time, location, and what packages you might be interested in, request the estimate from The Beach Oasis team. From there, we will send you an order estimate for you consideration. To confirm the reservation, check out and pay.

Corporate Event FAQs
How do I make a reservation?
The Beach Oasis offers a straightforward and efficient reservation process. To ensure your cabana experience is secured, simply follow these steps:
- Go to our cabana page and select the cabana or lounge you are interested in.
- In the Select Appointment section, choose a location.
- Choose the rental period (choice of 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours).
- Choose your date, start time and end time.
- Select Next in the Select Appointment section, and click book now.
- Arrive at your cart, read & agree with terms of service, and checkout to confirm your booking.
Do corporate events need a special event permit?
In most cases, yes a special event permit will be required in order to proceed with the corporate or company event. LA County Beaches & Harbors beaches will require a special event permit for all corporate events. Santa Monica requires special event permits for events with over 150 people in attendance.
Can I customize my package?
Of course! We provide extras and enhancements that you can use to customize your lounge experience. For those with extensive customization in mind, please get in touch with our team.
Is there a time limit to my reservation?
We normally offer rental periods of 4 hours, 6 hours, and 8 hours.
So the length of your booking depends on what rental period you select and pay for. We do offer extra hour extensions to make your reservation period longer. Please reach out to our team with any questions.
Can The Beach Oasis fulfill events outside of Los Angeles or do custom locations?
We do offer custom locations in Los Angeles and adjacent to Los Angeles!
We do charge a custom location fee or travel fee, depending on how far out of our normal service area the event is located. Please get in touch with our team to learn more.
