How do I plan a custom event?
Send us the occasion, date, location and guest count through our contact page, and our team will design a setup and reply with a custom estimate. Once you are happy with it, you confirm the reservation by checking out.
Is there a minimum spend for custom events?
Yes — fully custom events carry a $3,000 minimum spend, which covers the design work, crew and scale a custom production involves. If your day doesn’t need full customization, our cabanas, lounges and picnics book online with no minimum.
How long can we have our setup?
Our standard rental periods are 4, 6 or 8 hours, and extra-hour extensions are available if you would like more time on the sand.
Can you set up at a beach outside your usual locations?
Yes — we offer custom locations in and around Los Angeles. Depending on how far the event is from our normal service area, a custom location or travel fee may apply.
Can I customize the styling and package?
Of course. We offer extras and enhancements to tailor your lounge experience, and for extensive customization, just get in touch with our team.
Do I need a special event permit?
It depends on the beach and the size of your event — many private gatherings do not need one, while larger events on some beaches do. Our team can point you in the right direction and assist with special event permit applications.
